Buy One Throw One Out. Cafe Controversial Series with Dr Jennie Macdiarmid.

Dr Jennie Macdiarmid, from the Institute of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Aberdeen launched the new cafe controversial series on February 18th in Satrosphere Science Centre.

"With food waste on the increase we question how much promotional offers in supermarkets are to blame, what impact food waste is having on the environment and how we might weigh up what we really need."
