On March 18th,  Dr David Toke,  of Politics and International Relations, within the University of Aberdeen spoke at the second cafe controversial of the series in Satrosphere Science Centre

Buy One Throw One Out. Cafe Controversial Series with Dr Jennie Macdiarmid.

Dr Jennie Macdiarmid, from the Institute of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Aberdeen launched the new cafe controversial series on February 18th in Satrosphere Science Centre.
"With food waste on the increase we question how much promotional offers in supermarkets are to blame, what impact food waste is having on the environment and how we might weigh up what we really need."

Northern Lights - Cafe Scientifique Inverness with Dr Lyndsay Fletcher

Dr Lyndsay Fletcher, School of Physics and Astronomy University of Glasgow launched the new Cafe Scientifique series in Inverness in March with a talk all about the Northern Lights.

Virtual Healthcare - Cafe MED Inverness

Cafe Med Inverness talk from Mr David Heaney from the Centre for Rural Health in Inverness about 'virtual healthcare' on the 10th of September 2013.

Are we all on the Autism Spectrum? Cafe Med Inverness with speaker Professor Christopher Gillberg

This podcast was recorded live at Cafe Med Inverness on the 14th of August 2013. Professor Christopher Gillberg, a world leading psychiatric researcher, spoke about the key features of autism and overlap with other brain development problems along with "normality". After the talk a question and answer session with the audience was also recorded.

How the Highlands Pioneered the NHS
